The Vaction Voucher you received enables you to request a Vacation Activation Form offering you and your guest quality hotel / resort accommodations at your choice of one of the many destinations which will be presented.

Once you have completed the form on the following page, we will mail you a Vacaction Activation Form. Complete the Activation Form and send it to the address provided. You will be asked to, and must, pay the room taxes of $7 to $12 per night, which will be detailed when you receive your form.

Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance and used within one year. This offer is only made to those persons 21 and older. Travel dates one week before, during, and after holidays and during conventions are generally not available on this special offer. Transportation, meals, and room taxes are not included. Holidays, weekends, and travel within 60 days will incur a surcharge. Not valid for conventions or any group travel. Only one certificate may be used per family, per city, in any 12 month period.
